Context

Migration of SAP ECC environments to S/4HANA in the public administration sector. Beyond migrating and adapting the existing custom code, targeted developments were delivered to extend the standard and optimize the exposed services in the new environment.

What I built

Analysis and adaptation of custom developments no longer compatible with the simplified S/4HANA data model.
Development of CDS Views to expose and re-model data according to the new paradigm.
Developments to extend standard Fiori applications with targeted enhancements.
Optimization of the exposed services (OData) for better performance and efficiency.
Performance tuning of the migrated objects.

Outcome

A custom application landscape aligned with S/4HANA — cleaner, more maintainable code ready to leverage HANA's in-memory capabilities.
